1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SocialBoom app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SocialBoom provides AI-powered tools for creating and optimizing social media captions, visual layout analysis, and hashtag/ASO suggestions. Features are provided “as is” and may change over time. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., engagement or reach) from using the App.

3. Your Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. By using the App you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or platform rules (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
  • Upload content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy, or that is defamatory or harmful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the App or its infrastructure.

4. Payments & Refunds

Optional in-app support/sponsorship purchases are processed by Apple. Payment terms and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies and your Apple ID account. We do not store your payment details. 5. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions are accurate or suitable for your use. You use AI outputs at your own responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialBoom and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

7. Changes & Termination

We may modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access with notice where required. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
